For Clients

GP referrals are not essential but will enable access to Medicare rebates for those eligible. Whether you plan to attend with or without a referral, you can submit a query here.

Mental Health Care Plans

To obtain a Mental Health Care Plan, schedule an extended appointment with your GP. Mental Health Care Plans allow an initial six sessions, after which you are required to see your GP for review to access an additional four sessions.

Eating Disorder Care Plans

Obtaining an Eating Disorder Care Plan requires assessment by your GP. Be sure to schedule an extended appointment with your GP to allow time for the assessment.

Eating Disorder Care Plans allow a total of 40 sessions with a psychologist and 20 with a dietitian. You are required to obtain re-referral from your GP after every 10 sessions, and you are required to see a psychiatrist prior to your 20th session to access sessions 21 to 40.
